He also served as Managing Partner at Swatex Packaging and worked with brands like Refuel Foods and Radisson Blu Edwardian, London, building his expertise across operations, marketing, and hospitality.With a passion for building brands from scratch and a strong background in marketing and operations, Shreh continues to drive innovation in India’s food and beverage industry.
Harry Hakuei Kosato is the India Representative and Director for Kikkoman India, leading the charge to bring authentic Japanese flavors to Indian kitchens. Alongside this, he is also a Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador, appointed by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, helping promote Japanese culinary culture worldwide. Harry is a serial entrepreneur with multiple ventures across India, Japan, Singapore, and the UK. He’s the Founder and Managing Director of La Ditta Limited, Sushi and More, and MAIDO Enterprises, building bridges between Japan and the world through food and culture. With earlier leadership stints at global brands like Virgin and Dyson, Harry blends corporate expertise with a passion for entrepreneurship, driving innovation in the food and hospitality space.
